I'm a visual artist and a teacher of arts and media. I have been mainly working with sculpture installations and web art, but have recently started to redirect my art towards more versatile working in the city space and on the web. In my art I scrutinize broadly the life of contemporary people in urban environment. I am interested in the relations of human, animal and technology, and have been working with science fiction related themes for some years.

At the time I'm on maternity leave from my teaching work and studying MFA degree in the Finnish Academy of Fine Arts. I live in Turku, a city in Southern Finland with my husband John, sons Matias and Juhana and Airedale terrier Siiri.
